2. Black face with yellow backing PC221:

Based on wear resistance and hardness testing, this sample was matched with Littlesun’s TC56 product. It is suitable for grinding hard metals, offering strong wear resistance and high grinding stability;

3. Yellow coated face with grey backing C71G:

Through coating material analysis, this sample was matched with Littlesun’s TSG998 product in terms of coating process and polishing effect. With a fine and uniform coating, it is suitable for mirror polishing and precision surface finishing of metal products.

After confirming the matched products, the technical team further adjusted the production processes of the three self-developed products according to the customer’s high-end metal processing scenarios.The team optimized product flexibility, dust control, and high-temperature resistance to prevent common problems in high-end metal grinding, such as surface scratches, overheating, and uneven polishing.
